Clean comfortable bed, easy and quick check in. Having Moxies restaurant in the building is so convenient. The free shuttle to the airport is great. I would recommend the Sandman hotel and I will stay there again when I’m travelling from the airport.

The room is very very dated. Everything in the room is very old. The desk chair in our room is so badly flaked that it looks like those left on the curbside for collection. Such chair is totally not acceptable in a hotel room for the price we paid. The room is not cleaned well either. There were at least 3 pieces of long hair so obvious in the bathroom when we checked in, also melted soap was still by the bathtub. We felt the room so unclean that we wiped the bathroom and table tops in the room ourselves and got a lot of stains on the cloth. Definitely not returning and not recommended.

I've stayed there several times and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I usually stay just overnight to get an early flight. The airport is very close and the shuttle makes it easy to get there quickly.

We were not able to get a receipt for our three day billing from the Hotel. They stated that any paperwork would have to come from Expedia. Expedia could not give us a receipt for our three day billing. They only had a receipt for our original two day schedule, but we had to start it a day early when the Cruise ship notified us that everyone had to get off on Sunday, Apr 28. Yet we got BILLED for All three days, according to my Visa Card!. So we have no paperwork to submit for compensation for our three day stay.

The property was right off of 99 and is convenient to the airport, Richmond and Vancouver. The property is clean in and out. The room we were in was clean. The linen and towels were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner was fairly noisy. There is no fan in the bathroom.
