"Had a great stay here. When we first arrived we had a welcome drink, snack and cold towels. Very comfortable check in experience. Our room had an internal window so no view but it was still very spacious and clean. Pretty big bathroom for Hanoi. The hotel breakfast was the best we had so far on our trip. Really amazing food, especially the salmon and bacon Benny and the Vietnamese coffee at breakfast was so strong and delicious. The best thing about this place was the service. Everyone was so kind. Thank you to Sarah and Rose and all the staff here. The really made us feel so welcome on our stay here. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi."

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."
