Welcoming staff who couldn’t do enough for you , great amenities, WiFi connection excellent. Breakfast is served to your room to order - we had it in a balcony overlooking river - magical and relaxing experiences. They have a shuttle bus to night market and back - very convenient. "We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
