A great apartment, delightful hosts

We chose this apartment for its kitchenette and proximity to Assisi and other Umbrian cultural offerings and could not be happier with our time there. Gianni and his wife are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Gianni introduced us to an excellent restorante in Voltapino and suggested places to visit that worked out very well. The apartment is well-furnished and spacious for two people. We were there in early March but a few weeks later would be a good time to go wine tasting (Montefalco produces some of the best wines we had in Italy).

Abbiamo trascorso qui il capodanno, eravamo 4 famiglie con bambini, la soluzione che ci ha proposto il signor Giovanni, è stata ottima, il salone dell'appartamento grande ci ha permesso di festeggiare tutti insieme, eravamo 15 compresi i bambini. La casa è curata in ogni minimo particolare e il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi nostra necessità. Consigliatissimo

Posto incantevole

Un luogo di incredibile bellezza, una casa immersa nel verde con piscina e area giochi (c'è anche la possibilità di fare tiro con l'arco). L'appartamento che abbiamo preso era con una camera, cucina e vari comfort tra cui un bagno ampio. C'è anche il wi-fi per i più tecnologici e un parco molto grande. Il posto visto dal vivo devo dire che è molto più bello che in foto. La struttura si vede che è stata costruita/ristrutturata con notevole gusto. Anche la piscina è decisamente ben fatta con bellissime sdraio ai bordi. C'è poi un bel gazebo dove potersi sedere e chiacchierare e fuori dell'appartamento che ho preso anche lì c'è un'area coperta con tavolo e sedia. Lo consiglio decisamente.

Prachtig en goed onderhouden domein, charmante gastheer die volledig ten dienste van zijn gasten staat. Er is aan alles gedacht en je hebt alle comfort. Ook heel leuk voor de kinderen. Prachtige locatie in het ongerepte Umbrië.

Cerqua Rosara: l'oasi di pace che cercavo

Ho prenotato in questo posto consultando internet e i vari portali, ho sempre trovato dei pareri eccellenti; mi sono allora incuriosito e ho prenotato, Abbiamo fatto davvero bene e possiamo a modo nostro confermare l'ottimo giudizio, in TUTTO: posizione ideale per spostarsi ovunque, ottima la struttura (gli appartamenti sono in uno stato perfetto con tutte le dotazioni necessarie, la pulizia dell'appartamento, la pulizia della biancheria e la funzionalità delle dotazioni ottima). La piscina a qualche passo dalla casa per lasciare giustamente un po di privacy si trova sotto le querce ed ha uno scenario unico, l'accoglienza e l'assistenza del proprietario Gianni che cura davvero ogni particolare completa quest'esperienza lasciandoti un ricordo bellissimo. Unica è anche la fattoria degli animali con le due asinelle, le galline e i pulcini appena nati, le paperelle e i coniglietti che girano per il prato che circonda la casa..un posto dove tornare e passarci anche tanti giorni perchè non ci si stanca e ci si riposa davvero!!
