"While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"

"Virkelig virkelig virkelig beskidt værelse. Vi var i chok over et værelse kan være så beskidt, det var som om man kunne skrabe skiftet af gulvet. Sengen var forfærdelig og fjedrene stak op i ryggen. Badeværelserne var også beskidte. Der var larm ud til sent på aftenen og der blev spillet højt musik i receptionen tidligt om morgenen. Der var så lyt at man ikke kunne sove og ingen aircon. Virkelig et ringe hostel, tag ikke hertil"

Hotel Boutique Acontraluz

10/10 Excellent

"The location was great; could walk to most attractions. The room was vintage, spacious and clean. The views from balconies were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and filling. And lastly Karin & Pablo were awesome! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon!"

"Room had a fabulous view over the port and harbour. Lovely refurbished bathroom. Very steep stairs to upstairs so definitely not suitable for people with limited mobility. Breakfast was lovely but you weren’t given a choice. Hubby doesn’t like eggs so to be given an omelette was not helpful. Nor does chocolate cake or fruit juice. He’s diabetic. Staff have limited English so that can be difficult. Or it’s our problem expecting everyone to speak English!"

"We enjoyed it so much the best part is the location perfect to walk around one of the best areas of the city full of colors and magic also the crew is amazing we love Veronica she theat us like family giving us good recommendations, stories and making our time more pleasant we highly recommend it 😊"
