"The staff was friendly, the room looked clean. The one thing I would say to travelers is that the word “hotel” to me implied that the room doors faced inside an indoor hallway, and the doors of the rooms actually faced the outside. For $20 you can park your car in the hotel lot, and the staff said that there were security guards. Panera restaurant is co-located, which is convenient."

"The fire pit that was at the jr. suite was great, our son had fun. The online downside to our stay was our king size bed. The mattress was uncomfortable, we recently stayed at the Yaamava resort and the mattress felt like a cloud. The box spring was also outdated."

"Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my stay on 4/23-4/24...I was traveling as a single mother with my young son, who is autistic. For a child with his needs, a calm and predictable environment is essential, and this stay was the exact opposite. The guests in the neighboring room were partying all night and became increasingly unruly to the point where it sounded violent. Because of the aggressive nature of the noise, I did not feel comfortable or safe complaining to the front desk at the time, fearing a confrontation. This was incredibly distressing for my son, who was unable to cope with the chaos. On top of the neighbor's behavior, the elevator noise in our room was constant and deafening, sounding like a jet engine. Between the mechanical noise and the rowdy guests, we were unable to sleep before our 5:00 AM flight, which made our travel day significantly more difficult. Given that this was a distressing, unsafe, and sleepless experience for my family, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address these serious issues."

"The resort is lovely and has a very tropical lush feel we were stay vacationing 30 minutes from home and it really felt like we’d flown to Hawaii or somewhere in the South Pacific. The accommodation was great for a family of four, with a nice bungalow, large bedroom space and cute bathroom and we had a view out onto the bay. During our stay one of the restaurants was closed, and so we ended up having the same menu on both nights. The hotel did tell us ahead of time about the restaurant being closed for maintenance. The main pool was decent with waiter service and reasonable availability of beds, although it was busy because it was during kids school break spring break. One criticism would be the gym, my husband felt all the equipment was tired old or broken but that wasn’t a big deal because we only went to the gym once. Over we would rate it a 9 out of 10!!"

"Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think."
