Fantastic location right in the centre of Valletta

Spacious accommodation, nicely furnished, but it was grubby in the bathroom and kitchen, with mould in shower and on the door of the bathroom and around the kitchen sink. This could have easily have been rectified by good housekeeping. The staff at VBL were very friendly and helpful.

BEL ESTHETIQUE BIEN SITUE CONFORT A PARFAIRE

1er appart très ordinaire avec cuisine bien équipée en matériel de cuisine et vaisselle. changement d'appart suite à un pb de fuite de WC au profit d'un appart de meilleur standing beaucoup moins bien équipée en petit matériel et vaisselle (notamment verres dépareillés et manque de casseroles et saladiers). il manque un balai permettant de ne pas ramasser poussières et miettes avec un ramasse poussiere Bel esthétique de la salle de bain mais le lavabo est inconfortable au quotidien pour la literie : le matelas à ressorts gène le sommeil : ils font beaucoup de bruit et quand l'un bouge l'autre aussi !! Ceci dit, l'accueil et le service de Valette Boutique est irréprochable !

Très compliqué pour trouver la chambre mauvaise literie des couvertures !!! J ai eu froid ! canapé cassé fenêtre de la chambre ferme mal beaucoup d air dommage l appartement très jolie / 10h du matin pour rendre la chambre un peu tôt pas de service de conciergerie le week-end du coup nous avons visiter La Valette avec notre sac à dos de 10kilo si j avais su je n aurai pas réserver cet hôtel très dessus et cher

L'unica cosa, sarebbe utile per il giorno di arrivo, far trovare qualcosa da mangiare, perché arrivando in serata, stanchi del viaggio, magari non si ha voglia di andare in giro per locali.

Une Honte !

La chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée, Rdc sombre petite fenêtre sur la rue très bruyante isolation phonique inexistante , saillie dans le mur ,chauffage par convecteur électrique soufflant et bruyant,bouilloire rouillée.... escalier d’accès à l'étage hors normes, pas de rangements dans la chambre, pas d'isolation phonique , les bruits de la rue étaient perceptibles comme si nous étions à l’extérieur , logement vétuste , literie HS,et impossible de joindre le week end VBL ......

娘と一緒のビルのアパートを予約していたのに、違う場所になっていて、しかも娘のところよりもかなりコンディションが悪くクレームしたら、一緒のアパートに変えてくれたが、料金ぐ上乗せされた！ 途中、ガスが使えなくなって、連絡したら、ガスはなく、電化製品しかないと言い張ってなかなか動いてくれなかった！ マルタの旅は、良かったが、やはり、行き違いがあった時の対応が、人にもよるが、外国人スタッフは、かなりこちからが、強く言わないと動いてくれない！ アパートの場所に、他の場所になり得る事を事前に伝えてほしかった！

När jag bokar hotellet får jag en bekräftelse där det står att lägenheten kan ligga på ”olika adresser”, sedan får jag ett e-Mail där de vill att jag ska skicka in en kopia på mitt kreditkort för att debitera ekologisk skatt och städning på cirka 400kr. När vi googlar företaget och åker till deras kontor som ligger på en byggarbetsplats möts vi av en en tjej som knappt kan engelska men efter ett tag kommer hennes kollega som visar på en kollega hur vi ska hitta stället. I beskrivningen står att det finns bagageförvaring men eftersom vi skulle lämna på en lördag var vi tvungna att betala extra för det och gå till ett annat sv deras ställen där de kunde låna oss ett skåp med lås. Vi skulle checka ut vid 10.00 men kunde inte checka in förrän 15.00. Lägenheten var som en mörk bunker i ett vanligt hus där det byggdes en del. Städningen var sådär.

Spacious with a nice balcony. About 15 minutes walk from the bus station but fairly quite at night (apart from the unpredictable fireworks that goes on until near midnight).

Dejlig lejlighed i Valletta!

Vi fik desværre først en lejlighed, hvor der var væggelus, men VBL var hurtige til at reagere og gav os en anden lejlighed, som var større og pænere. Super god service og flotte lejligheder i Valetta med god beliggenhed!

Good location

Good communication for arrival/key collection. Location great for everything. We had some issues with dirty linens, which the owners quickly rectified. If you want a traditional style apartment this is for you, but if you want light and airy & quiet I would not recommend. Outside courtyard area is more like an enclosed yard.

Malta fuori stagione

Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato un appartamento al primo piano che dava direttamente sulla strada e quindi molto rumoroso da non dormire la notte. Il giorno successivo a seguito di nostra lamentela ci è stato sostituito con un appartamento all’ultimo Piano di fascia superiore e dotato di stupenda terrazza. Appartamento ineccepibile e Staff perfetto e gentilissimo.

Cheap and cheerful

Wanted accommodation that was fairly central and this was. The studio is basic which suited us fine, we wanted somewhere too sleep, a shower and a coffee in the morning no frills because because they would be wasted we wanted to see as much of Valletta and Malta as possible. We got regular email updates, transfers were organised by VBL and we got an early check in. It’s not the Ritz but is clean with a comfortable bed, hot water and a quirky shower and ideal for a weekend break. It’s a short walk to the city centre and the ferry for Sliema the bus station will get you around the island for €1.50.
