Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.

So easy to find a short walk from the bus drop off near the city gateway. Room was ready before check in time. Very helpful hotel staff with a smooth and informative check in.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, they were more than happy to offer advice and accommodate our request to take care of our luggage after we had checked out. Overall, really good experience and the location was great for access to all of the sights. The only thing that was a slight downside was the noise outside, well into the early hours over the weekend. It was pretty disruptive, but I imagine that this will be the same for most hotels in the area.

This hotel is located at the center of Valletta city. Room is so gorgeous and complimentary water and coffee, and breakfast are also great. I stayed so comfortably.

We loved the hotel and its perfect location making it very easy to visit all the sights we wanted to see in Valetta, and also close to the bus terminal for sights further afield. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from. Our only criticism was the bed was way to hard for us, but that is being really picky!

Overall excellent- I would have liked proper sized bath, towels, a cupboard in the room with draws to unpack my clothes properly and some instructions to make sense of the air conditioning but everything else was positive and staff were lovely and helpful.

Nice boutique hotel
Lovely hotel close to the heart of Valletta. Staff are wonderful and the room comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good, though some items could have been hotter. The only issues encountered was with the only lift breaking down, though this was resolved quickly, and the baby in the adjacent room waking us up at 7am each day, but this obviously is not the hotel’s fault. Overall a good stay and would certainly use this hotel again should we return to Valletta.

Great location
Great location hotel and staff great only downside was when booked looked like it had a big window when all we had was a window with a view a 2 mtr x 2 mtr opening like a lift shaft with no roof so for that reason won’t stay here again

Amazing little boutique hotel in the middle of Valletta. Staff was so helpful and accommodating Rooms had lovely decor and nice amenities Morning breakfast was very nice Would highly recommend if you are wanting a central location in Valletta You need to see the flag and plaque on the wall next to the door as we missed it a walked by.

Location is very central, couldn't be better. quality pf the hotel os pretty average. Helpful staff. Breakfast area is cramped with a small counter for self service tea. I'd give the hotel 6-7/10 in standard but location wise its 9/10.

What a fantastic hotel. Great room with a massive bed. All the staff were amazing from the cleaners to reception. I really enjoyed the great breakfast options.i do want to say a special thanks to the receptionist who helped us re print our boarding passes when we lost them. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more

Property is located within the heat of Valletta . We had first floor unit which was close to ground lever so very noisy could here everything Staff helpful and breakfast adequate. You need to drag your bags to here from the drop of point at phonecian about 7 min walk away so keep that in mind . First time in Malta I’d not stay around Valletta again though

Thank you for your review. The thing is that you do not need to drag your bags from the Phoenicia hotel and walk 7 minutes to arrive at our hotel. The taxi driver can stop you right in front of our door until 9:30am. If guests come after 9:30am, they can be stopped in St Paul's street and walk 1 minute to arrive at our hotel. It is not really our problem if we are in the very center of Valletta and the taxi driver did not know how to get you to our doorstep.Regards,Jean Dalli

Such wonderfully friendly staff, close to everything you’d want to see and travel to and overall a really nice area. Fresh water bottles were given everyday and the staff were always ready to help. The room was spacious and I would really recommend this hotel. Only potential negative is that as a group of 3, one of the beds was a sofa pullout which wasn’t the most comfortable but equally, wasn’t a big issue. Lovely place to stay!

Great location and nice hotel. My only concern is that it took them forever to make the room on the first day. Also sheets are old. However, rooms are nice and the location is excellent when visiting La Valletta. Staff is also nice and breakfast is good too.

We had the top floor jacuzzi suite which was beautiful and had stunning views of the city. Only small issue was some noise from the lift. If you are a light sleeper it may be a problem. Apart from this our stay was Amazing. Thankyiu

The Palazzo Rosaria is owned and managed by an extraordinary family which I had the pleasure to meet. It was great to tell them about their wonderful Boutique Hotel and the amazing staff always at the service of the guests. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Rooms facing the street may pose a problem due to noise from street musicians which fortunately soon will have to stop playing by eleven o'clock at night. The location is perfect for everything one may wish to do in Malta. My highest recommendation. Stay with confidence!
