"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "All of the staff were friendly from the moment we checked in until we left which given that it was at 3.30 am they were still smiling (Michael) The room was clean and every day it was the same high standard, breakfast was very good, again the staff were outstanding in their service, nothing was too much trouble. A good variety of food on offer, we were even given a breakfast to take with us when we left as it was so early in the morning, a really lovely unexpected gesture. The downside to the hotel was the room had only one window which faced the corridor, there wasn't much natural light, you had to have the lights on day or night. The air conditioning was very powerful even on the lowest setting and situated so it blew cold air right onto your head, as we couldn't get any air from the window it meant we were up and down turning the air con on and off throughout the night. I would book to stay here again if I could have a different room as the location was also good, but beware there are a lot of steps to navigate before you can even get into the hotel."
