"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay ideally situated for our needs with great access to the countryside and very close to the autobahn. The staff are really helpful and happy, we had to leave early on the last day but they were really accommodating with a slightly earlier breakfast. Food was also amazing."

"It was all PICTURE (amazing views) PERFECT (see attached photo of the view from our room). The restaurant…we had two dinners and three breakfasts. It was all divine. The wait staff was very professional. Overall an incredible property. If it is on your radar as a “maybe”, then you need to book it and make it a “definite”!"
