"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. "Je ne peux pas juger de la piscine car l'hotel ne m'a pas reçu après avoir réserver ma chambre par HOTEL.COM. J'ai donc eu des frais pour un hébergement dont je n'ai pas jouie, soit environ 85 €. J'ai du cherche un hébergement en urgence la nuit même. Hotel.com n'a pas défendu SON CLIENT, il a juste éviter toutes discussions pour ne pas à avoir à monter au créneau auprès de l'hotel "Une pause au Logis". "What a lovely place! We were met by Pascal the concierge who was delightful - very patient with my average French-speaking skills, and gave us great tips for the area. The room was more like a mini apartment set over two floors - our kids loved the cosy setup. "Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. "Great room and had A/C given the heat was amazing. Given a bottle on arrival that can be used for the machine in the hallway offering Britt filtered water cold or warm as well as sparkling water. Wide selection of drinks offered as well as food had no need to leave to go elsewhere. Staff were friendly and informative."

"Nice room with en-suite. The shower was rather awkward to use as it did not have a high wall mounting but that was the only inconvenience we had. No a/c but a fan was provided although we bought our own small fans which were much quieter. Breakfast was fresh with lots of things to choose from. The central location was important to us as was the proximity of parking. The hotel car park was full on arrival but there are two public car parks one above and one below ground within a 5 min walk. We would happily return if staying in Angers again."
