"The staff was very kind and helpful. I will stay again on my next trip to Valle de Bravo. Gracias!"

"The house was nicely decorated, access was easy, and the host was very friendly. However, the property was dirty, with mold on kitchen items. The plates and glasses were dirty, and the towels were old, with some of them being dirty as well. Unfortunately, despite the house's potential, I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance."

"We showed up and they double booked the property. They denied access to the property acted like it was our fault for booking the place. "

"Gran servicio y atención por parte del personal."
