We had our own private patio and a fresh made breakfast set up and served every morning. It was close to many stores, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend it for anyone visiting this beautiful area in France."

"Good room given the price I paid and the location. A good 10-15 minute walk to old nice, shops near by and places to eat. The room was quite spacious and clean with a clean bathroom. No amenities but that was expected given the price."

"Fantastic little find, out in the middle of nowhere, high in the hills above the lake. The most spectacular views from the balcony where we just sat in the peace and quiet. Our host was fabulous, who couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was local pastrys, the sugar bread was to die for. Beautifully restored, very authentic. "
