Manque de maintenance.

Negligence de maintenance dans la chambre. Plancher flottant en mauvais état. Tringle a rideau cassée. Difficile de fermer le rideau. Dans la salle de bain: bouton de chasse d'eau cassé. Porte de douche fermant mal. Jets de la douche cassés, donc inutilisables. Robinet du lavabo défectueux. Le mur de la chambre dégradé suite a fuite d'eau sûrement. Les poussières du muret de la chambre ne sont pas faites.

Pasamos solo una noche pero lo recomiendo totalmente: cerca del centro (en coche), muy buen acceso, gran aparcamiento gratis frente al hotel, ni siquiera pregunté si el hotel tenía parking propio! Amplia habitación y baño con jabón, gel de ducha y secador. Cama cómoda y noche sin ruidos. Buen precio. En resumen, repetiré.

Un poco lejos de la estación del Ave Campo Grande pero cruzando el rio Pisuerga por el puente del poniente ya tienes cerca un montón de museos y locales para comer y tapear.

Hotel con buena presencia externa, el personal es agradable y el estado del mismo bastante bueno. En el caso de mi habitación, la limpieza era correcta, si bien la puerta de la ducha no cerraba y el colgador de la alcachofa de esta estaba un poco suelto. A nivel general el hotel es bueno y se nota el buen estado aunque tenga algún que otro desperfecto que indica su uso. Hay wifi en las habitaciones con buena conexión, hay personal las 24 horas y el lugar es tranquilo, o bien está bien acondicionado. La relación calidad-precio es correcta.

Sitio estupendo para alojarse.

Solo estuvimos de paso en Valladolid, pero pasamos una noche muy buena en el hotel, además llegamos bastante tarde (sobre las 1 de la madrugada) y no hubo ningún problema en hacer el check in, el personal del hotel nos atendió maravillosamente en todo momento.
