"I have now stayed at the senator hotel on four occasions, it is a top class hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are outstanding friendly and obviously work as a team. "The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking."

"Amazing hotel, modern, clean and great amenities especially when travelling with bicycles. One thing that was missing for us was a coffee station. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Lovely staff both on reception and chamber. The pool area is so nice. Near to shopping and eateries."

"Air conditioning was great as it was really hot outside, the room was very clean and the bed comfy,and the fridge was an added bonus, the safe was free too, we didnt have breakfast but it was nice to find out the coffee machine was free, which we had most days and was of good quality, the seating area was large with comfy chairs in , was close to bars and a big supermarket on the doorstep.and only a short walk to the beach which was brilliant.we will definitely stay there again."
