Good hotel.

Good hotel in very good location. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice bed. Has everything you need and good location. 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Metro station which takes you everywhere you’d need. The only thing it could do with is an iron and ironing board in each of the rooms rather than borrow it from the reception.

Hard to find the entrance. No parking. Roof top bar not open despite saying it was online. Pictures was deceiving and the room was falling apart and cold. The breakfast ran out of some food even when we arrived 30 min after opening. The staff was very friendly. Later in the stay the roof top bar opened and we had a great evening.

Property needs a little TLC. The room was clean. Faucet in the bathroom sink was not fastened down. The down spout for the overhead shower did not work only the hand held shower sprayer did. There are homeless people sleeping on beds right outside the front door as well as in the park next door. Staff was great and super helpful. I would stay there again just based on that.

I paid for a jetted tub but didn’t get it. The hotel has a foul stench throughout. You will be woke. At stupid o’clock by the cleaning team hoovering the halls and the breakfast is terrible, orange/apple juice and a handful of pastries. I can’t believe how bad it actual was. The area itself is nice and local to the shopping centres. Wouldn’t stay again.

Valencia weekend

We visited your Hotel for 3 nights, 8:th to 11:th of May. We had a lovely welcoming from staff at the reception. Exceptional service, superb explanation of the hotel services and how to use the city transportation, and what to see and visit. The rooms were nice, a bit small but clean and nothing broke or worn out. A bit disappointed that the rooms we booked not was closer to each other. Breakfast was a bit poor, scrambled eggs and bacon was cold, no boiled eggs and no full grain bread. The beds were a bit too hard for all of us, to sleep well. Now to something else… We came back to the hotel after a perfect day in the city, a good dinner and was longing for a nice cup of coffee. No coffee at the reception before 7:30 pm..!!?? Ok, we took the elevator up to the lovely Sky bar… No coffee..!!?? Ok we waited after 7:30 and ordered coffee in the reception, no problem, but when we wanted to bring the coffee up to the Sky bar, we where refused to have the coffee…!!?? Very disappointed, very confused and not happy. This was not good service…!! You should really consider to change this… really silly “rules”!! In total we had a good stay, even if the “problems” about the coffee was very disappointing. Regards //. Leif

GREAT IN EVERY RESPECT!!

The staff was helpful, attentive and pleasant. Everything was great with the exception of having.no hot water. The receptionist apologized and kindly gave me and my collegue free breakfasts during the stay

Good stay on a modest budget.

During my stay at the Sea You Port Hotel València, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and found the price to be reasonable. However, I must mention that the AC was somewhat temperamental, which caused some discomfort. Additionally, the room requires some maintenance and deep cleaning, as I noticed dusty and gritty areas. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Das gesamte Hotel ist mittlerweile abgewohnt und könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle renoviert werden (Dachterrasse). Im Zimmer viel kaputt und nicht sehr sauber. Frühstück ist ok für 7€. Für einen Kurzauenthalt ok, mehr leider nicht.
