Very clean and close to the metro and bus stop. Also next to a huge shopping mall that good for a stroll when it’s too hot outside. Only one suggestion to the hotel: more parasols at the rooftop by the pool will be perfect ⛱️

The hotel is in a great location however there a bad smell in the hallway and room. The elevators were very hot. We had to check out early and I’m still negotiating with Expedia and the hotel for a refund. I’d avoid.

Wonderful hotel. Nice clean rooms and great rooftop pool. Breakfast is fantastic with an unbelievable amount of choice. Location is great and only 20 min walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff super friendly and helpful! Main flaw is that the hotel is constantly very busy, and the lifts up to the floors are very confusing and take a lifetime to come. We were on the 11th floor but couldn’t take the stairs upto the 12th to the rooftop which was frustrating. Furthermore, sometimes the lift would stop at nearly every floor.

Staff, breakfast and pool area were fantastic. The air conditioning could be cooler and would be better to have more water stations. If you are on floor 9, you can use the water on floor 8 but not via the stairs - have to wait for lifts which although understandable as fire exit, not practical. Personally, not enough bars/restaurants in walking distance but still a lovely hotel.

It is close to metro and bus terminal, around 20 minutes walking to main attraction and 5 to 10 minutes walking to restaurant, supermarket and parks. The only thing we don’t like is on our first night over there the fire alarm falsely sound 3 time, so we have to get out of room and go downstairs three times, they did not explain why and just said the alarm is malfunctioning, the owner should inspect the alarm peridically, we did not sleep well for the first night. They offer all you can eat buffet onsite with $25 per person, not bad

Short but Great stay

The hotel is brand new and nicely designed. Very conveniently located near a shopping center and multiple transportation options. Personnel is nice and professional, definitely recommend. The nearby parking is convenient but quite pricey (as it is for parnings in valencia in general)
