Very convenient location to explore the old quarter of Valencia. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was squeaky clean and the bed comfortable. We had a comfortable stay.

Perfect location and clean the room was
I loved how clean the room was. The sheets and towels were perfectly white and the room was large and specious. I would reccomend this hotel.

Really beautiful property in a great location. I felt extremely safe especially as I was travelling alone. Only areas for opportunity would be better WiFi and that for the price breakfast should be included - however there are some great cafes nearby to grab breakfast if you’d rather eat out.

We had a wonderful stay. Had corner room 310. Only inconvenience was the drain of the bathroom sink was very very slow while using it, and took a long time for water drain.

I choose San Lorenzo when I’m staying in Valencia for a few nights before flying home to Canada. This hotel has the perfect location: close to taxis for airport, short walk from beautiful squares, the cathedral, market etc. Close to long cycle path. Lively pedestrian street for cafe snacks and shopping. As a single traveller I recommend the hot tub rooms for a relaxing soak before long flight. Staff very helpful ordering taxi at 4am etc.

Ideal for being in the hub of things but on a little side street. Good continental breakfast and choice of drinks Helpful receptionists. Clean rooms. The aircon could have been a little cooler but all in all, a great place to stay to see a lovely city.

This is a solid hotel. Appears recently renovated, and done decently. The price point matches the quality, but may be slightly more expensive. I stayed in a top-floor room which had low ceilings and felt cramped. I booked a 3 bed room but they put us in the wrong room. After requesting a larger room, they moved us to the 2nd floor. The room had way higher ceilings and more space. The staff was very friendly and the location is great. The bath supplies were weak sauce, but whatever.

This boutique hotel is situated in a most amazing location within a minute walking distance of the Plaza de la Virgin in old town Valencia. It was an amazing place to stay with charming shops and Al fresco dining steps outside the hotel. Everything is within walking distance, and we loved every minute exploring this gorgeous old town with plazas, history and cathedrals on every corner. The central market was also a delight!

I love the room with high ceilings! Location location location!! Hotel is in the heart of the city, have a lot of great restaurants around. And do bike hire. The bathroom amenities wasn't restocked properly first couple days of our stay, so we end up buying our own bath shower gel..

This was my 4th stay at the hotel, and I have to say it's showing signs of wear and tear. Wallpaper and paint work damaged. The staff were unwelcoming, little or no interaction and at no point were we asked if we had a good stay, how our room was and if we needed anything. The location is amazing, but as a regular visitor to Valencia, this sadly will not be my hotel of choice anymore.

A lovely hotel in the best location for enjoying all Valencia has to offer. We were travelling with two little baba's they did lots to help us be comfortable, providing step free access, cots, feeding chairs etc. Great space in the room, loved the high ceilings & complimentary water!! Travel guide to the hotel was perfect, we walked from Colon Metro which was a gorgeous way to see so many of the amazing sights Valencia has to offer.

Excellent location. Check in was unwelcoming. We had requested at the time of booking (months in advance) for a low floor due to mobility issues, this was ignored. Staff very unhelpful in their response when we raised this which left us very disappointed and caused distress for a family member.
