The room was a very good size, plenty of space even with a double and a single in it. Bathroom was a little small, but worked. Staff was very helpful with the check in. Parking very difficult, but found a place about km away, but it is in the center so it is to be expected. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Valencia Canovas is in a very central location, with friendly welcoming staff. I would have stayed longer if there was availability. I'd highly recommend it.

Great stay. For what you pay this is perfect and in a great location. A cleaner helped me check in and even though we spoke differnt languages she was persistent in getting me the help i needed. Ideal for anyone wanting to explore Valencia, would recommend.

Perfect location and lovely members of staff

It was my second time in Hi Valencia Cánovas and again was very pleasant. Sadly I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist on duty but would like to mention how kind and helpful he is. Place is basic but very clean and in my opinion perfect for a short stay.

Had a very good stay, the area was extremely loud and we heard everything, even with the windows closed but that was ok. The air conditioning was good and the staff were great. Hotel was in a very good area, close to everything and the room was spacious. Would stay again.

Solo travelling haven! Great location, highly recommend staying so you can do your own walking tour of Valencia - most big attractions no more than 1hour away, staff all super friendly and helpful - thanks for looking after me!

A Pleasant Stay

We had a lovely room. We had someone there to help us check in. He was very helpful and listed a few of his favorite restaurants for us. The air conditioner was not working at full capacity - the room was not uncomfortable but it was not cool. There was no maid service for any of our 3 days. The facility was very clean, but it would have been great to get fresh towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. A great location near some exceptional restaurants!

Great place for short stay

Check in process wasnt the smoothest. A little difficult to figure out on your own. Otherwise it was really great. Clean room, comfortable bed. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Great stay, basic but had what was needed, great for the price. The person who helped me for the check-in was very kind and helpful. The building was a bit old, the shared bathrooms had some mold (one more than the other), but it was clean. The walls are very thin; some nights were fine, but I also had some noisy neighbors in the middle of the night and could hear them even through my earplugs, unpleasant as I was there for an audition, not only for tourism. A small fridge or a kettle would be a great add-on, but I was overall happy with my stay. The location was very nice.

Good Location/Value, Bad Wifi/Check-in

Good value for the money at $60/night, Good Location. However, the wifi did not work (one bar), the shared bathroom was VERY small. Myself and 3 other guests who arrived at the same time had a difficult time getting in...no reception and the emails sent from the hotel are a bit confusing. But, we were able to figure it out. Room was VERY sparse - bed, small desk, small closet, nothing else. But, it was clean.

The lady on duty the day we checked in was very friendly and helpful, the property is in a good location for sightseeing, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We were a bit disappointed, though, in the condition of the bedroom and bathroom (e.g. peeling paint on the walls, and a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom), and were disturbed by a loud and harsh buzzing noise emitted by the air conditioner at intervals ranging from 2 to 30 minutes. The noise was caused by a pump removing condensation from the air con so was less frequent at night when the outdoor temperature was lower.
