"The property was not open for business. They sent a message through Expedia asking me to cancel my reservation for a refund because they were not open the day of our reservation. I responded back to them that they must notify Expedia and I never heard back from them. "

The owners/managers were really helpful and very willing to wait up for me when I was very late for check in.
