"check in on line come richesto, al ns arrivo la commessa del negozio ha voluto fare con il suo telefono privato le foto dei ns documenti, violazione privacy. "The best thing about this property is the proximity to the Verona arena. It is like a little apartment with no one there in the office at night. If you need something they will answer from Milan. If you are a big person you will not fit in the shower it is extremely small. This place is surrounded by shops and restaurants which is very convenient."

"Striking distance to the city centre and restaurants. Our first 2 days was in a room with a balcony beside a construction site so did not afford the privacy to the room unless you pulled the blinds down and had thw room closed off from natural light. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful and moved us when a room was available that further away, giving more privacy. Breakfast was awesome."
