"All perfect thanks very much "

"Nearly evrrything was very good. One thing negative was they could not reserve taxi to the airport for me. They gave numbers of 5 taxi company. I called 4 of them, waited more than a minutes and hung up. Only company responded straight away, but they did not understand english. A few minutes later, they found someone who speak english, but not good enough . I had to talk & explain nearly 10 minutes, wasted time and cost me for a international call charge."

"This resort is in a lovely location on the outskirt of madrid (about a 30 min drive into the city center). It is peaceful, sounds of the classes around noon filled the air. I wish we stayed longer to truly have experienced everything it had to offer. As it was off-season, the pool was closed but was beautiful to see. "

"The reception and lady at the front desk was an absolute beauty. The place was clean and peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. The location is a bit far away from the city center, and transportation might be difficult without a car. "
