"We are very impressed with this hotel.
Amenity was great and the staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable.
Spa, sauna, pool , outdoor tub were out of this world.
Bed was so comfortable, and turn down service was done so well.
Breakfast buffet was one of the best quality we had in Europe. Dinner was very nice too.
Highly recommend this hotel!"
"We can’t sing enough praises for the how friendly welcoming and helpful the staff is at this hotel, and the overall design and layout of the property was great, I was worried about parking and it was excellent. The location for taking a quick bus just outside of hotel was super convenient to get to Seceda . The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the staff were great. Best hotel of our trip."
"the hotel was well located for the hikes we were doing. parking was a little congested but they allows us to park in the retail area until secured parking become available. breakfast buffet was pretty good but the staff wasn't super friendly at breakfast. the staff at registration desk were helpful."
"Our third stay at Hotel Alpstay Acadia in the past year, and we always enjoy coming back! Great location, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, and such friendly, helpful staff. A special thank you to Alex, who is always so welcoming and helpful. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and look forward to returning!"
"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation
Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
