"Horrendous experience! Host should be struck off your listings. The first thing he said to us was ‘hotel finished’, meaning we weren’t welcome. We assumed it was because we didn’t check in within the hour timeframe given, even though we rung the host to explain beforehand. "Le logement ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Nous devions avoir une cabane dans les arbres avec spa privatif . Nous n’avons pas eu le bain nordique privé et la cabane était juste sur pilotis . Nous avons dû payé le spa pour une privatisation d’une heure à hauteur de 72€ pour 4 . Le gérant nous a proposé d’y aller une demi heure plus tôt pour dédommagement. Nous n’avons pas pu vu qu’il était privatisé l’heure précédente . Le rideau de douche est encrassé et le ménage laissé à désirer ....

"Nous attendions ce séjour depuis longtemps, un super accueil nous a été fait. Mais après c'était beaucoup moins bien, un salle de bain avec la paroie de baignoire qui tombe, des joints noir, des peignoirs qui ont déjà bien vécu et rêche... Un système balneo qui ne fonctionnait pas... Aller on va se rattraper dans l'espace bien être... Ça continue, une piscine froide, trois pauvres appareil de sport dans un état miteux....
