"Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. "We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Bernina Express ride from Tirano. The hotel is located in a town just outside of St. Moritz so we had to hire a taxi to drive us, the ride was about 15 minutes. The manager and associate who checked us in were friendly and helped us with our luggage to our room. We were in time for an afternoon cake and coffee service the hotel offers and our children really loved the cake that was offered. We enjoyed our tea and cake on a patio behind the hotel...

"Établissement incroyable qui donne sur la place principale avec une très belle architecture et un confort digne d’un palace. Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. "
