"Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error. She tried to call the hotel but due to the holiday season she was not able to reach anyone. She told me that she will pass the information to her supervisor for follow up. "Overall this was a great choice for staying close to Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris. You can take the RER (urban train) from the centre of the city. Only thing that is misleading is that there is no airport shuttle service. It is a train system within the airport area. So I had to call the hotel to understand this. They when you get off the train, you still have to walk about 8 minutes to the hotel. So not door-to-door. Melia, please make that clear to your guests. Otherwise, great value and would highly recommend. "
