"We came to this hotel unexpectedly and were so happy we found it. The staff are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, accommodating, effective, welcoming. We arrived due to my wife having emergency surgery in Siena, we were supposed to be in Venice, and this hotel staff went to work making sure we were taken care of. "Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"The property was perfect! It overlooked the vineyards and had an amazing sunset every night. It was a very relaxing property and had several other vineyards in close proximity for wine tasting. We stayed here at the end of a hectic tour of the boot of Italy so it was perfect for relaxing. The staff was great!! I would definitely recommend it!"
