"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."

When we were there, there was some construction going on, so it was understandable that some areas were not as clean. Rooms and facilities were excellent otherwise, food was good, staff pleasant."
