"Very good prime location right next to the Uffizi gallery only a 2 minute walk. Good for shopping food an everything overall I’d say 8.5 out of 10 "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The terrace French doors and the high ceilings made me feel like I a Victorian princess. I loved opening the doors and the patio doors for the view and for breeze. There are stairs to the property and you have to check in a bloc or two away so be prepared to walk but with the stairs came a ton of safety!!! Four locks to get through. Felt super safe here. I also loved how we were in the heart of Florence but from the back patio it was so quiet you didn’t hear any...

"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "

"Solo woman traveler here. Felt very safe. Loved the convenience and options of breakfast every morning. The garden is lovely and wished I had spent more time there. The room was nothing fancy, but my time there was great. Thankfully nobody was staying next door to my room because the last night I was there I could hear furniture moving, loud conversations bc the walls were paper thin. Thankfully I had ear plugs. Beds are not very comfortable but w all the walking, had no trouble sleeping....

"A lovely, well appointed room That hotel’s position is incredible and we really had a room with a view. The bed was very comfortable. Good, generous breakfast. We had a lot of communication beforehand as we had booked a paling space. We were given detailed instructions for this. Highly recommend. "
