"There, oddly, were no washcloths provided. Some of the staff were extremely helpful (waiters in the bar, maids), while others seemed indifferent and just wanted us to go away (certain front desk staff). Wi-fi was very weak. The room itself was fine, as were the amenities."

"Again, parking is a hassle. Parking located a 5 minutes walk away in a parking garage. Multiple single steps up and down from sidewalks, and a staircase from roadway up to parking lot. Makes it difficult for folks with heavy, rolling luggage. College should consider putting ramps in for just this purpose. Or maybe a concierge service to bring bags from parking garage to the lobby."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but one issue was very disappointing. The hotel does not provide complimentary toothbrushes, so guests have to purchase them from a vending machine. Unfortunately, the machine was not working and could not process our card payment. Since we had forgotten to bring our toothbrushes, we ended up having no way to brush our teeth that night. For such a basic necessity, I think the hotel should either provide complimentary toothbrushes upon request or make sure the vending machine is always working. This was quite inconvenient and definitely affected our stay."

"Great little stay in King City. Economical and safe and very quiet. Lots of coffee and dining options close by. Most everything needed within a 5-20 minute drive. Nothing within walking distance, however."
