"Housekeeping needs improvement in turning bed. Did not change bed sheets. Still wrinkled sheets & pillow. Floor towel was replaced with a regular standard towel. Tea cups weren’t replaced with clean cup. Saw tea stains, ring around inner top? Very disappointing. Cleanliness us important to customers. ..."

"Great location for walking distance to the ArenA or AFAS Live. Metro/train stations very close by. Only issues were noise, the doors being quite heavy caused a lot of slamming noises at night, including the doors to the stairwells which were often in use because the elevators were having issues. ..."
