Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! However, this apartment is in a lovely spot...

"Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! "Location and garden is nice but you look at two disgusting unfinished buildings that seem to be the situation for a decade ? Our room was terrible. No possibility to shower normally because basic equipment is missing. Dirty terrace, no bedlamps in the lampholders, NO Airco functioning, Rug dirty, Door refrigerator broken, TV hanging crooked, 7 nights and despite of several complaints only TWO (2) times cleaning and towels. No toiletpaper. We had to find other open rooms to replenish it etc.etc....

"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
