Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! "Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen"

"Beautiful resort, visited early August during high season and it never felt crowded. Resort had plenty of sun chairs and we never had an issue to find four for our family no matter the time of day. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of choices. Really enjoyed the restaurant by the adult pool (forgot the name), spectacular spot to watch the sunset. Staff were very friendly and prepared lunch bags for us the day of departure which was so sweet! Was very pleased to see that the “zoo” mentioned in previous reviews was empty. We walked around the whole resort and some areas could use attention, like the beach volleyball court. Tried the outdoor gym one morning, although the most amazing view, was way too hot for me to workout since outdoors and no fans. Overall an amazing stay!"
