Room was spacious. Walls are thin tho, but great and easy WhatsApp communication with the hotel. Nice breakfast set up service that will arrive to your door whenever you want. Great location. Had a pleasant stay

Wonderful boutique hotel, impeccably clean room and great service. The views from the terrace are stunning. Andres was truly outstanding. This hotel has everything, in an intimate setting and perfect location. I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Hotel

Highly recommend this hotel. It is really nice, new concept, switch controlled curtains, digital key hand band, balcony and handy little kitchen corner. I would choose this hotel again if I return here. Breakfast service is amazing! You choose your breakfast options and they deliver to your door. Roof top is beautiful scenery of the whole town. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants, tour shops and shopping.

Best place to use as a base for your ushuaia trip

Clean with fantastic views and nice space. Trouble with heating over the three nights making it a tad uncomfortable. Staff very helpful and in room breakfast handy for days travels - some variety would have been nice!

Cute boutique Hotel

Cute boutique hotel on the edge of downtown. We had an absolute fantastic view but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and it was hot in our room unless we opened the doors. The “make your own breakfast” was a new experience and we enjoyed it. The hotel offers fun and funky features but does need a bit of maintenance. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall positive stay.

Great location. Stayed for a week. Easy for ubers and taxis. Friendly communicativev staff. Breakfast baskets in the morning could use some variety day to day. Hot chocolate in the lobby at night was great. Would totally stay here again.

Right when I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile from the front desk staff gentleman named Nahuel. His personable demeanor made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If I needed anything Nahuel was there to help. The nice and spacious rooms made the stay easier while being so far away from home.

Brand new hotel in excellent location. Excellent, kind, friendly service by staff. Beautiful, modern building and rooms. Ours had a kitchenette where we could cook breakfast with the items delivered fresh to our room at the morning time of our choosing. The hotel is located right across prision museum and a block away from the main business/tourism street in Ushuaya. A short walk to the port. Great views of the mountains. Nice terrace sitting area with heaters and blankets. The only matter to consider is that because of its location, traffic noise (especially from the food delivery motorcycles) may be bothersome to some. Definitely recommended!

I did not arrive until 10 PM and Christian was so nice getting me checked in and I’m in the most beautiful room in the hotel and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in the hotels 180 years old and it’s my taste. Richard was also very helpful for me today concerning transportation. It’s very confusing in Bogotá you cannot put in the name of your hotel. You have to put in the address and it’s very confusing. Richard was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent.!!😊

The hotel was in a very convenient location and we walked all over Ushuaia downtown from here . They helped us plan tours and booked a taxi for the lakes . They had champagne and snacks waiting for us to celebrate our anniversary in the room which had great views . We did have two storied accommodations ( bedroom and bathroom on top floor) which may not be suitable for everyone . Breakfast was plentiful and delivered to the room and actually had enough for lunch . They have a seventh floor terrace with incredible vistas and seating and blankets and heaters for cooler times . Augustine was incredibly helpful and kind and gave us great recommendations .

Great rooms

Very nice and clean rooms with kitchenette and great view. Central location and the receptionists are very helpful. Only remark though is that breakfast is served in a basket in front of your door (very basic) at your time desired between 7 and 10am. When we saw the eggs we immediately assumed hard boiled so upon cracking one, it spilled all over the place making a mess. We were confused to why raw egg for breakfast since most likely tourists will barely have time to eat and run to catch a tour or flight. It seems inconvenient to fry or boil it to complement the breakfast. But no big deal we can use it later.

This was an overall really beautiful stay and we were sad to leave this hotel as we were joining an Antarctica cruise the next day and changing hotels. It was very comfortable and beautifully designed. The shower had decent pressure and good hot water. The staff were friendly but not overtly so like some hotels and resorts - very professional, helpful, and informative, everything you'd want in a staff. When we arrived it was veyr busy but the staff was very calm and professional in checking everyone in. We had a beautiful view, the room was very clean, the bed was VERY comfortable. There is only heat in hotels in Ushuaia so our room was warm but turning off the heat and opening the window worked beautifully. We were impressed with our stay and like I said, sad to leave to go to our cruise hotel. I would absolutely recommend for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, chic and very centrally located hotel in Ushuaia. I would suggest staying more than just a night!
