"One of the best travel experiences I have had. Xavier and Erica are incredible hosts and people. The lodge and grounds are beautiful. Filled with beautiful plants , trees, and flowers. The lodge feels like an old ruin brought back to life. The rooms are beautiful and very rustic. The beds are extremely comfortable. Beautiful dining room for meals. "The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice, and the property itself is in good shape, but this was one of the noisest places I have ever been. I could hear everything in my room; traffic and people talking outside, the TV from someone down the hall, and somebody randomly blasting music at 10pm.... I wound up having to leave and find somewhere else to stay, and that was a first for me. Also, the bathroom kind of smelled like sewage. It's not an awful place by any means, but I would not stay here; there are plenty of better options for similar/lower prices."
