"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

"This was a great place for a home base in Amsterdam. We walked everywhere. It was also close to a tram which is a super efficient way to get around the city when you’re too tired to walk any further. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent. They had an ELEVATOR!"
