"We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

"Amazing staff and property! Felt like home. Only a handful of rooms. Felt like we had our own private chef. Food is delicious and highly recommend ordering their meals. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Grounds are meticulously kept up. It's a steep driveway, but the views are incredible and worth it. Wish we could've stayed longer. Highly highly recommend."

"This property has million dollar view in every direction - it is stunning. However the house was very dirty, the floor was greasy and slippery, the fridge had rotten food in it, there were no towels for showers. Overall being inside the house was a very unpleasant experience, however being outside the house was very picturesque and peaceful. Fortunately we only stayed there one night.
