"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

"It is near the metro station, 3 mins walk. It is large space, good for two to three people to stay. It is clean, very good. It has everything, help us to relax after a long day tour. It is a place I will choose next time. I also recommend to my friends. It is absolutely a five star stay place."

"What a beautiful Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Fast check in, great room, clean, all normal facilities of excellent condition and quality. Good breakfast buffet. Very well located with access to all forms of transport and a stones throw to the main station. Metro just meters from the front door as with hop on hop off bus. Very friendly and helpful staff. "Arrived after midnight and needed to get get some rest before an eatly departure the following day. Accessed the hotel through a signposted walkway from Sky City. A friendly receptionis greeted us on arrival and helped us eith check-in. The bedroom was nicely done out, was clean, quiet and had comfy beds. The breakfast was great and checkout quick. "
