"As long as you don’t expect too much then it’s fine. More than fine. The people are very friendly and the location is absolutely excellent walking distance to everything. Overall good value for money if you’re not expecting luxury. Biggest concern was that other than breakfast they really don’t serve food and at a restaurant that serves food cross-section would be good. Also cleaning of the walls of the room with Tom and Handy, but it was more that’s OK."

"Big studio apartment in the heart of Zagreb. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a lot of cupboards and drawers for our things. We also appreciated the air conditioning and kitchenette. The check in desk is at the Main Square Hostel which is not mentioned anywhere and would have made it a lot easier to find! Hostel staff were helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to my messages when we needed helping finding them. "

"I've been to Zagreb on many occasions but our stay this time at Palazzo was the best experience so far. Clean modern apartment located right in the center of town. Would recommend to anyone looking at exploring Zagreb for a few days. "
