"OMG! We are staying there again!! The staff were really friendly and so helpful. My husband loved the downstairs lounge. He was able to catch up on a YouTube channel he watches in real comfort. The breakfast is usually a sticking point with him. Not here. He had everything his big heart desired AND the bacon was crispy. A rare occurrence and it wasn’t a fluke. "The room was very clean and big. Bathroom was big too! Good size refrigerator. Loved the location. You could walk across the highway to sit or walk by Lake Michigan. Not far from a walk way over the water to a lighthouse. When the waves are high it is awesome to walk the water walk way. We got drenched but we never laughed so much! It is our second time to stay at the motel and would stay again. Okay breakfast. Very friendly staff!"

"My wife has a service dog, so we always try to pick pet-friendly hotels. Expedia has them listed as pet-friendly but they are not. However, because of her dog being a service dog, they didn’t bat an eye and made us feel fully welcome. I know it’s the law, but there wasn’t a hint of concern when we checked in.
