"Had a wonderful stay. The property is very nice. We took advantage of the spa services and the pool. In the summer the pools get very busy so you need to ensure to get there early. Ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurants and all meals were great. Wonderful relaxing hotel to visit for a perfect weekend getaway. "

"I’m giving this place 5 stars mainly for the beautiful location and calm atmosphere. The room I got was a bit older and could use a few updates, but everything felt generally clean, no unpleasant smells, just a little dust here and there. What really makes Sands on Golden Lake special is the view, absolutely magnificent in the early morning, and at night the sky is filled with stars and even a glimpse of the Milky Way since it’s tucked away in the quiet countryside.
