"The room was VERY clean, the staff was VERY nice, lots of parking, close to downtown, gas station, shopping and lots of fast food outlets for EVERY PALATE, near by. Our only complaints are VERY, VERY HARD BED, not just firm, it was LIKE A ROCK. Also, the tub didn't have safety tread strips, NOTHING. You could fall very easily."

"Everything was great at this Hotel No complants about the standard items. One note that i would like to make is reagrding accessible rooms. The shower would be better if it was just a stand alone curbless shower instead of a bathtub. This would make it a true accessible room."

"This will be our new go to hotel for Montreal. The staff was amazing. The loft was beautiful. There is no elevator and quite a hike up the stairs, but that in no way will stop us going back over and over. The hotel has 3 restaurants on site we tried 2 for supper and sunday Jazz Brunch. All 3 meals were great. i am looking forward to our November trip"

"We had a great stay at this hotel during our family road trip. The hotel was very clean throughout, including the lobby, breakfast area, hallways, and guest rooms. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with plenty of options for both adults and kids. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but the family-friendly breakfast made our mornings much easier. Free parking was another highlight, especially since we were traveling with two vehicles. Having ample parking available at no extra cost was very convenient. For EV owners, the location is excellent. There is a Tesla Supercharger nearby, and the hotel also offers third-party charging stations on-site, making charging simple and stress-free. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel with great amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or on a road trip."
