"I had a pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. When I realized I’d left a skincare item in the room after leaving, they were very helpful in checking and making sure I got it back. The location is convenient, with a McDonald’s nearby and easy access to the highway. It’s also not far from Bayshore Shopping Centre, which made getting around quite easy. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, which made mornings enjoyable. The only downside was the noticeable noise from the air conditioning in the hallway, which could be disruptive at times."

"Room was clean bathroom was awesome pkus that rain shower. Breakfast was good lots of options love that waffle maker and homefries! Staff was super friendly and attentive was a very Easter Holiday weekend. We drove up from Hamilton to Ottawa so quite the several hours commute. Close enough to downtown. Food Basics around the corner. Will definitely return. Great value. "

"Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly. Got to see a few NHL players from the Minnesota Wild & Carolina Hurricanes who were in town to play the Senators. Pool was great not too crowded and hot tub was the right temp. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa. "
