We had almost no interaction with the staff, and they didn't refresh our room, which would be fine but, e.g. there are only two coffee cups, no spare towels. "Location is great and parking is included. The maid needs talking too though as we got woken early both mornings by her clattering around and slamming doors. Car chargers outside were also broken which when you gave an electric car is a huge problem!!!"
