"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!"

"Nothing special about the hotel itself, but you do at least get a decent breakfast. Don't bother with the fitness center as it's just a few old unused machines in a small room. Lots of stairs. Clean."

"We had a great time staying for 2 nights in September. The hotel staff are very welcoming and nice, the food was great and fresh. We were not able to book a spa massage since they were full, next time it’s best to order a massage in advance to preserve a spot."

"Make sure to arrive or give message to reception on late arrivals. They here really rude when we arrived at 2300 and reception apparently closed at 1900. Besides from that al good and bike park is good!!"
