"23 Boutique is a beautiful hotel located in a convenient location that is walking distance to many of the must see spots. The owner, Ryan, was fantastic. He was very welcoming and even got us into our room early which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. He’s also very knowledgeable and a great source of information about Malta. The room was clean, spacious, and stylish. The hotel also donates to several local animal charities which we loved about it. We wish we were staying longer!"

"The service was excellent from the very start. Shortly after we completed the online booking, the hotel reached out to confirm our arrival time and offered to arrange a taxi if needed. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with drinks, and since the previous guests had already checked out, we were able to check in early. "Lovely hotel, rooms are big and have everything you need and staff go above and beyond to help you and give advice on the area and places to visit. My husband had a accident on a path and the staff, manager and Feadora could have not have done more to ease the situation and canot praise them all enough. A fab hotel and staff!!!"

"Staffs were wonderful.. Hazel and crew. Were very nice.. However: my booked rooms roof was leaking. Second room#5 was the best. The third nights room had smells and had to climb to my sleeping area. Middle of the night had to find my way down to the washroom going steep stairwells…."
