"Overall, it was nice! They’re just doing some remodeling right now so things are a bit all over the place in terms of the check-in desk, breakfast and coffee, but they’re doing a good job with what they’ve got for right now! Once they open everything back up again, it’ll be phenomenal. I’m sure!"

The water boiler to heat the rooms is extremely loud and will wake you up in the middle of the night sounding like someone is hitting metal pipes with a wrench. Broken glass outside the back door."

"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent for hotel coffee and the location was very convenient. We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now."
