"The place is a great hotel but after a much exhausting travel day, I didn't arrive until 730pm and was informated the room STILL wasn't ready. Not a good thing ...especially 3hrs after normal check-in time. I find this unacceptable and the only thing that was given to me was a free drink voucher. "

Die Residenz ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr reichlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder"
