The staff were very helpful and welcoming with great manners. The location of the hotel is ideal, it’s on a busy strip but it’s definitely not noisy or disruptive. The hotel is close to the main station and the trams. I would definitely recommend this hotel, I was pleased and would come here again. The rooftop was a nice sit down for dinner, the food was lovely.

"We loved our stay at Grand Tirolia. Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Secondly, the food was INCREDIBLE. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool was a great depth and the natural pool was beautiful (if a little cold!)."

"Excellent property. Right on bus route for ski hills. Short walk into town with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get to Kitzbuhel on bus as well. The storage room for equipment was incredible with boot warmers. Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was clean."

"WARNING!! This is a SCAM. The address is incorrect — you can’t go to the lodge by car even tho the address points to a location that cars can access, the hotel says ”Free parking”. Only after you have booked the true location is revealed, and the hotel then asks for 20 EUR **per person** **per way** ..."
