The decor and the feel of the place, including the room, is a bit more dated and more distinctly East-European than at a large chain hotel, we actually liked this, it felt more Hungarian. Housekeeping did not do a great job and missed to clean our room for one of the nights. Alex at front desk was very kind and changed our room and offered an upgrade. We really appreciated this.
